Andrea Paisley joined Crady Jewett McCulley & Houren LLP after graduating from law school in large part based on the firm’s diverse client base, which includes entrepreneurs, family-owned businesses and other private businesses.
Prior to law school, Andrea worked for Lori Coulter LLC, the successful start-up swimwear company now known as Summersalt, an innovative and consumer-driven business that is disrupting the swimwear industry. As the company’s first full-time employee, Andrea quickly learned what it takes to build a business from the ground up. This entrepreneurial experience gives Andrea the unique position to understand her clients’ challenges in a personal way, something most other lawyers cannot do.
Andrea’s commitment to her clients, excellence, honesty and integrity has not gone unnoticed as she was recognized as a Rising Star for 2019 and 2020 in Mergers & Acquisitions by Texas Lawyer, an Under 40 Super Lawyer, and as a Top Woman Attorney
Andrea graduated magna cum laude with a BSBA in Finance and Management from Washington University in St. Louis. After working for Lori Coulter, she earned her Juris Doctorate from the University of Houston Law Center, graduating magna cum laude and as a member of the Order of the Coif. Andrea is a native Houstonian and a member of the American Bar Association and the Houston Bar Association.
